GENERAL INFORMATION

The Illinois Goalkeeper Academy is part of the Illinois Olympic Development Program (ODP).
It is open to all goalkeepers who want to learn from the best and to perform at their best.
From the Illinois Goalkeeper Academy, keepers will be identified to represent Illinois at state
and regional ODP events.

Our staff is comprised of experienced, professional US Soccer licensed goalkeeper coaches
that are dedicated exclusively to keeper training using their vast knowledge of the game and
personal playing experience.

To participate in the Illinois Goalkeeper Academy, enroll in the Illinois Olympic Development
Program.  Complete and submit the ODP enrollment form, medical release form and fees to
the Illinois Youth Soccer office.

The Goalkeeper Academy will include three keeper specific training sessions conducted by
knowledgeable goalkeeper staff.  In addition, the top performing goalkeepers will be invited
to participate in Illinois ODP age group pool training sessions and games.
